As part of a 24-month trainee programme, we train graduates from various technical disciplines as highly qualified operations engineers with a view to employing them in Schoeller Werk GmbH & Co. KG  in future as managerial staff or highly specialised skilled workers and hence to counter the shortage of skilled workers at an early stage.

Our trainees provide intensive support to the specialist divisions in a wide variety of projects, mainly working "on the job", and are thereby also able to apply in practice the theoretical knowledge that they have acquired. As a result of being deployed in all the main specialist divisions, they get to know the business processes of a successful industrial enterprise and, in doing so, build up an extensive network for their subsequent career at Schoeller Werk.

With the aid of personnel development programmes, training courses and personal discussions with our managers, we not only increase our trainees' specialist knowledge, but also attach importance to the development of personality and encouragement of methodological skills.
