On September 2nd, our new trainees and dual students began their professional journey at Schoeller. In the coming years, they will be strengthening our team in various areas and gaining valuable experience. We are proud to have these young talents with us and look forward to our time together.
A total of 9 new trainees and dual students are starting in 7 different professions and study programs with us:
- Warehouse Logistics Specialist
- Technical Product Designer
- Industrial Mechanic
- Machine and Plant Operator
- Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering
- Dual Students in General Management and Industrial Engineering
This variety of technical, logistical, and commercial training programs demonstrates the wide range of opportunities we offer as a company, as well as our commitment to developing future professionals in various fields to be well-prepared for the future.
To help them settle in and facilitate an initial introduction, a trainee blind date was already held on August 19th. In a relaxed atmosphere, the new and “old” trainees, along with the trainers, met at the barbecue hut in Hönningen. An icebreaker game helped everyone start conversations and make initial connections. Afterward, a barbecue and games like ladder golf added to the fun and strengthened team spirit.
