On October 10th, 2024, the “S(ch)ichtwechsel” Action Day brought together companies and workshops for people with disabilities. The aim of this day is to foster mutual understanding and encourage exchanges between different work environments.
This year, three of our employees swapped their workplaces with workers from the Nordeifel.Werkstätten (NE.W), gaining exciting insights into their processes. At the same time, we welcomed participants from NE.W into our company, allowing them to experience our operations across three of our departments.

This exchange offered valuable insights into inclusive work practices and promoted mutual understanding. We are proud to be part of this initiative and look forward to future collaborations.
